Cathay Pacific lounge access in HND while in JAL business (Oneworld)
Do I understand that JAL J pax can use the Cathay Pacific lounge at HND? I believe both are in the same terminal 3? Do they ever turn people away? Which has better food and alcohol options and more comfortable seating? Cathay or JAL Sakura?

Flying JFK-HND-SIN which I believe connects in Terminal 3.
