Honestly I think 2% is commercially acceptable- this is truly a convenience fee.

But all I've been hearing is outbound acceptance of Alipay but not inbound acceptance - have I missed any (other than AlipayHK and Wechat Pay HK, which aren't exactly external from the corporate or the national sense of the word)?
