You can put in either If you put in Istanbul, show your IST-KUL BP. And if you put in FRA, you just say you connected from FRA. But I usually fill in the city where I originated from rather than transit. Only exception is if I am traveling from a sus city, then I fill in the transit city

I am curious if anyone has been stopped for filing in the wrong information? I feel like this is just reduce immigration officer's workload (you pre-fill the card instead of them filing out the information for you into their computer previously).
