One thing I noted in reading those links there is that
One World Emeralds also get the 2 guests and member entry, all without flying, so I'll amend wording above from QF Plats, to add Emeralds.
I wouldn't do that. The wording doesn't seem to say that to me. It shows membership level and in parentheses states what OW level that membership level is.
I believe the right to use the QP at any time is only for QF WPs, not for all OW Emeralds
