On AC793 yesterday and I can report the following.

1. Cheese plate was room temperature! No more senators will complain about cold Camembert. I did appreciate the fact that it was served properly instead of ice cold. I asked the SD and she mentioned that it is part of new procedures.

2. The AVML was ok. Rice was better than before but no protein in the dish. Most other airlines provide achar and pappadums with their AVML. Given where the meal is made and by whom I expect better.

3. Much better selection of snacks including the candy and nuts. Kitkats were there but far fewer than before.

4. My son said he liked the eggplant pasta.

5. We had printed menus.
