Creating a dedicated thread for the upcoming Dream Valle de Guadalupe, the first new project from Hyatt since the Dream acquisition, now that the property page is online at the attached link.

From a first glance, this looks like it'll be a lovely property with flexible indoor-outdoor spaces. I hope we see more quality Dream properties from Hyatt, as this project is an inherited one that came with the acquisition.
