I commented on this thread almost a decade ago, and I've certainly changed things. Creatine in capsules is easier to find and cheaper, so I save the powder for home and take the capsules with me. I find protein RTDs and Greek yogurt are reasonably easy to find, if I really need them, but I also stopped caring about anabolic windows and other bro science and just make good choices
