Cathay are on record as advising that the first aircraft equipped with the Aria seats would be on the above route.
Given that it is early March and she is not travelling until July it would appear entirely possible at that CX could have between 12 and 20 aircraft available with the new business cabin in that time frame.
One cannot be sure of course however rumours have been rife for many weeks now that the retrofitting is already underway.
Seemingly cabin refitting is not a lengthy process taking between one and four weeks depending on the complexity and recourses available - CX is not short of recourses and is unlikely I feel to refit one aircraft at a time.

All my above is total speculation of course.
