You can normally reduce this by a few minutes by getting off at the Hyatt and crossing over to the other line, but it's down to luck of the timing between the two trains. If nothing else, keep an eye out as you're coming into the Hyatt stop, and if you see a train coming the other way it's definitely worth crossing over.
Depending on where you're headed in T3, getting off at Intl A and walking can also be a good option. Even if it's not quicker it gets some steps in for the day
