Had friends flying to a cruise YYZ-YOW-FLL and....no luggage (I'd bet there are very few domestic-to-transborder flights through YOW) so they had several days of shopping before heading out. The luggage was waiting for them on the return from the cruise.

The return FLL-YOW-YYZ was late out of FLL but they did make the connection (as did the luggage).

They live in downtown YYZ so are familiar with Porter at Billy Bishop, but this did nothing to make them comfortable using them out of YYZ.
