Yes, you can use the monthly credits without Instant Cart+. The best value is to use them at places that allow pickup. We use ours at aldis. Also we typically get an offer every month or so from instant card for 20 or 30 off a 50 dollar order, which typically works with pickup, so makes its a nice savings when coupled with the monthly or quarterly benifits.
