i also have a suite king booked via a points upgrade, but there’s now a corner suite available I want to switch to. The standard/base rate has gone up so I don’t want to cancel and rebook
I am globalist so was just able to ask my concierge. In thinking about your question, I guess she might have had to cancel and rebook. I have a standard points booking. But it is the same confirmation number so I think the hotel just processed it as a change.
