I applied for the Citi AAdvantage Executive card and got it last week.
Since then I get blocked by the fraud system after every second transaction. I need to call them every time to clear the fraud alert. It doesnt matter if its the physical card or Apply pay.

Last time they decided to send me a letter to verify me. I got it today, managed to clear the account and got blocked again. Now they say they can’t authenticate me and need to send another letter.

Any idea how to get out from this loop?
