Has anyone been able to do an E+ subscription upgrade online recently? I have the North+Central America subscription and want to upgrade to global, but can't find anywhere to do the upgrade. The manage and upgrade links just take me to a page that shows my subscription. No way to change the auto-renew option either.

Also, does anyone know how the proration works? Is it time based (e.g. 1/2 credit if its 6 month in) or somehow based on how much it was used?
