First problem is regarding my Edge Reward points. When I got the Magnus Burgundy card, all my existing points were supposed to transfer over. However, it has now been over 6 weeks & only 20% of the points have been transferred. I've complained about this a number of times but the response I get each time is that they are working on it & I should use the points that I have currently. I keep telling them I can't use the points I have currently as I need more points to book the tickets I want. Initially they said the problem will be resolved in 2 weeks. Then they said another 2 weeks. Then they said end of February. Now they say end of March. In the meanwhile my Edge Reward balance keeps increasing but the Magnus Burgundy points balance stays the same.
This might be happening because of the huge mess they created with the reward points system. You would have noticed how sporadically they've been crediting rewards... it's probably all related. Was supposed to be resolved by 25th Feb by their own announcements... but of course it hasn't been.....
It's just frustrating when when you're paying them 50k in fees for a card to have to put up with this nonsense.
