Yes, ParkSFO used to charge a total of 15% taxes on base (pre-discount) rate (as also noted in posts from a few years ago), but with the "fuel surcharge," it's now a bit higher.
ETA: Just re-read this and realized that it doesn't quite make sense. It seems the taxes total only 13% now, plus fuel surcharge, as opposed to 15%?
