I hear ya but Mrs. michaelr has precisely 5018 miles in her account and it's doubtful that these will ever increase unless I sign her up for the 20k offer. If I could get two one-way awards I'd consider this excellent use of 5k but if I have two buy roundtrips and throw away the return....
