Past November. Service was fine actually. I don’t need over the top attentiveness and perhaps language barrier made it more to the point, which suits me fine.
Perhaps some restrictions are placed by the government but that doesn’t make the process any smoother as a passenger.
The dedicated checkin zone at PVG looks lovely, but it just takes forever to checkin.
and they made us take out a laptop from one of the carry-ons and transfer to the personal item so it was within weight limit. Sure, if that MacBook is going make the difference in the overhead bin load capacity while my toddler has his miniature pull carry on with him with his toy cars in it.
