FWIW, for my long Vegas stays I've found a plug-in food warmer very helpful. You can basically warm up anything that's already cooked in those in about 45 minutes. They're pretty cheap on Amazon and super useful. I'd also recommend a cheap rice cooker so you can cook that fresh.
