I have a flight later today YVR-IST-DXB. My friend in DXB told me on my day of arrival I would expecting heavy rainfall in DXB and the govt advised to delay any weekend plans due to flooding risk.

Does TK have a free change due to pre-emptive travel advisories like AC or UA - or I have to wait and see at the airport to see if the flight can fly until I arrive to IST?
