One ticket only, yes but there is no code-sharing between AF and EI, so you can’t be booked under AF code with EI. And EI is not in SkyTeam. As a consequence, there will be no lounge access for the return transit time in CDG.
You obviously booked such a ticket with an OTA, and it would have been much better for you to be on AF wall the way.
