Hello, I live in London and am looking at getting the AmEx Gold (US) card. Does anyone know if the monthly dining credit applies only to US-based restaurants, specifically Shake Shack? Is there any way to stack the dining credit by purchasing gift cards (at any of the participating restaurants)? Thanks in advance.
