Have other EXPs seen an increase in wait times lately? As recently as late last year, if there was no weather event and it wasn't a holiday week I would get through in a minute or two. Since late January, the shortest wait I've had was 15 minutes, and most closer to 1/2 hour. I've tried both the call back and waiting on hold, and unlike the past, waiting on hold no longer seems faster. This undermines most of the value of EXP for me; it's really the only benefit I care about (upgrades at this point are few and far between so I pay for them), but interested to know if I've just been unlucky or others are seeing the same.
