Were you able to fix this? I have the same issue for my Turkish Airlines and Copa Airlines flights! It's really annoying. I wasn't able to get them added at check-in because the rep said it wouldn't add. I sent a request for missing miles on Air Canada and the confirmation on the site says "This account status is invalid", then it has the option to submit boarding pass and purchase confirmation, which I have, so hopefully this will help. Last year, though, I did this and they rejected one flight but added for another. How does that make sense? And I told them that my husband got the points and we were on the same booking reference. FRUSTRATING!
