Seat 10A E+

From last October, from Guam to Tokyo-Narita due to a schedule change caused by a typhoon warning (Typhoon Bolaven ended up hitting Saipan). All the biz seats were taken, so I booked E+, seat 10A.

My shoulder was right up against the cabin wall because of the fuselage frame underneath.

That protrusion eats up 3 inches or so of space, and it made a difference. The seatbacks in front and behind lined up in such a way that your shoulders were in the depression for the window, so you are able to use those extra 3 inches of width.
