The CX lounge (if it’s open during the JL 1/57 flight times) ar SFO is slightly better. There is a shower and slightly more food options (mostly Chinese/Asian options), but the decor and amenities can never match the lounges at HK. Somewhat recently, I got my JL boarding passes (I connected from elsewhere) and went to the CX lounge to take a shower, have some noodles, and then went to the gate once boarding commenced for my flight. In general, SFO is not a great place for staying at the lounge for oneworld flyers
