Regulation has just been cancelled for the day. Total BA schedule tor today is now 289 departures.
I was meant to have been on the HAJ flight. Ended up on the 1925 flight, which subsequently got delayed by over an hour. Passenger in ET was taken ill so had to return to gate. Understandable. However she had fainted in front of gate staff who allowed her and her daughter to board without calling for assistance, and she had another episode on baord when the safety briefing was being done. A long delay while deciding what to do and then returned to stand. Luckily the passengers involved had no hold luggage, or else it may have got too interesting. Cabin Crew asked if anyone else didn't want to travel at which point I was crossing fingers that no one did especially if they had hold luggage... Landed in HAJ at 2337, 97 mins late...Terrible food - only vegetarian 'option' left, it was foul.
