It’s a decent property, but going up to a Cat 4 later this month so not sure if we’ll be staying anymore as it’s definitely not worth Cat 4 pricing.
I don't think there are more reasonable options - the area has become very expensive (just like many others) - cat 4 is a decent value here usually.. Hyatt is in excellent location and walkable to good restaurants
Alternatively courtyards and res inns and similar hilton chains are in 200-300 range routinely and there is old sheraton in agoura hills.. gets more expensive and crappy towards la and nothing decent in simi camarillo etc...
