I just reached Elite Plus and I would like to thank you very much to all that contributed to this thread, extremely useful.

I thought I could provide some input to the discussions with the message that I received today, that I copy below:

Dear docsxx,

Thank you for your interest in Miles&Smiles, the frequent flyer program that offers a world of benefits.

Based on your request we would like to inform you that Elite Plus vouchers are valid within the membership periods. As Turkish Airlines, we offer 2 vouchers to our Elite Plus members in every period of their membership.

We have checked your TKxxxx Elite Plus Miles&Smiles membership and seen that you have two first period vouchers and these vouchers will be valid until (month and date), 2025. Your new vouchers will be credited to your account in your second period of your Elite Plus membership.

Also we would like to inform you that the mileage or voucher upgrade quotas are adjusted for upgrade class J. Those quotas may differ according to the availability on the other business cabin classes. In addition to this, J class is both chargeable and upgrade class. Also the offers displayed in the system are displayed for all passengers separately for each flight, the offers are presented on a passenger basis and the upgrades are completed in this direction.

If there is no any availability for upgrade class J for your flights or if there is no any offers displayed in the system, mileage or voucher upgrade cannot be done.

However, the availability can change instantly depending on the ticket cancellations or quota changes. Therefore, you can check the availability time to time before your flight and complete the upgrade via our cabin upgrade page. You can also get momentary information through our call center, the Turkish Airlines representatives will be pleased to provide further assistance.
