One of the IL-96s CU-T1250 recently flew back from Russia to Havana after undergoing an overhaul. It might therefore come back into service; prior to the Plus Ultra A340 wet lease it was used for flights to Madrid and Buenos Airies with the return via Cayo Coco. I believe the Madrid flights are currently via Santiago de Cuba on one of the legs.
