Unable to change my name so I am unable to reserve a ticket
Hi everyone,
I am trying to reserve 2 economy ticket through ANA's mileage rewards program but somehow when I registered it changed my name to MR. [First name] [Last name]. This has caused an issue in reserving a ticket. It seems as if its a common issue seeing as there is a specific error message for this type of incident. The problem is, I am unable to change my name on their HORRIBLE website, and I am unable to reach anyone from ANA that has the ability to make the changes. I've been on the phone for over an Hour and I just can't take it anymore.
I've sent an email but laughably the time it takes to hear back, according to them, is 2 to 3 Weeks. I'm in total shock as to how absolutely clueless these people are in terms of modern technology. And I'm also worried that the trip I want to take will no longer be available come October.
Has anyone else dealt with this and if so what is the best way to deal with this issue?
