Over the last 5 years, across all carriers, they've made it 99.6% of the time (3 diversions in 796 attempts); ever so slightly worse than the B738 (3 diversions in 884 attempts), but given the small sample size and multitude of reasons for a diversion, I wouldn't say it's significant. In United service, they've only had 29 attempts in that time period, and they all made it until today.

For reference, B752 (99.7% attempt completion rate) and A321 (99.8%) are the bulk of the volume on this route.
