I mean 30% is terrible, but I've have several stays off by up to 80% recently....anything up to 10% I'll usually let go, but this is getting ridiculous....almost as bad as rates in Mexico City being published at USD then converted to MXN at checkout at a rate 10-15% off market rates...it's a giant scam, and I'm amazed they get away with it.
