JNB is either the Shongololo or Mashonzha, however with a business boarding pass you can also use the SAA lounge which I prefer and recommend.
From CAI there is a variety of different lounges, all of which are quite crap. Alioth is probably the least worst in Terminal 3 and, IIRC, is located on the way to the F gates
