New development here -- if you accept a change offer, you can no longer make any additional changes/cancellations online -- had to call in to get a flight cancelled, and they could not deposit to my wallet but only as an email flight credit. Agent says it needs manual processing so waiting to see if they deduct the 25$ from my eventual credit. Verified on a second flight I took an offer on that I cannot make any changes online. bummer.
Was there a message on the reservation saying that changes/cancellations could not be done online? I have an upcoming reservation that was changed after accepting an offer that still has active links available to Change or Cancel. I tried the Change link and it took me to a search page. Didn't attempt to proceed from there.
