MCT is the time between the scheduled arrival of the incoming flight and the scheduled departure time of the outbound flight. For CPH it is 45 mins.
CPH is NOT the smallest airport in Europe, far from it. That's why I truly don't understand why they would have stuck to the legal minimum of 45 minutes between one plane landing and the next taking off for flights arriving from LHR.
SAS know that flights arriving from LHR are particularly prone to delays - so who are they kidding? It can take up to 20 minutes to just walk from one gate to the other (it was quite a walk) so even if everything is going perfectly, why would they stick to the legal minimum if it's going to cause such anxiety? (OK, I know most other people won't be so badly affected as I was, but it MUST be stressful to others too).
