Folks, has anyone tried to book the complimentary hotel recently? I used to be able to see up to 4 hotels to select from, but two days back, it switched to "No package items found." Got in touch with Saudia Holidays via support ticket and over the phone - they confirmed that they are no longer offering a one night complimentary hotel! No resolution from their side either, just told me to make a compliant to Saudia guest relations...needless to say, I'm keeping my expectations low.

Anyone else experience the same? Anything we can do to get reimbursement/compensation considering it was advertised as part of the stopover visa (and surprising, still is when making a new booking!)
