After completing the required registration, you will receive a randomly generated uniquely numbered online DEL MONTE® CARB CLEVER™ WIN A VACATION EVERY YEAR FOR LIFE Game Card (the "Game Card"). The Game Card will state the grand prize being played for on that particular card, which may be either a Vacation Every Year for Life or $7,500. Vacation is awarded as annual payments of $5,000/year for 40 years. After entering all required information, play the Del Monte® Carb Clever™ Game by dragging onto each of the 6 suitcases exactly one of 30 possible travel destinations. If you are one of the first eleven entrants to match all 6 travel destinations randomly selected for your entry, you are a winner of the Grand Prize stated on your Game Card, subject to verification of the system's audit log.

If you are one of the first thirty entrants to match 5 of the 6 travel destinations randomly selected for your entry, you are a Second Prize Winner, subject to verification.

If you match less than 5 of the 6 travel destinations randomly selected for your entry, you are not an instant winner, but may still win the Consolation Prize to be awarded to one entry randomly selected from all non-winning entries received.

To obtain a UPC code without a purchase, send an email to be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on 3/11/05 to [email protected] and you will receive a Del Monte® Carb Clever™ UPC code via return email within approximately 5 business days from receipt of the emailed request.

Limit: one Game Card entry play per person/email address per week. The same UPC code may be used multiple times. Game ends 11:59 PM (ET) 3/16/05, after 200,000 game plays, or after all prizes (except Consolation Prize) have been awarded, whichever occurs first. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or like methods of entry will void all entries, and any participant using any such method will be disqualified.
