Yes, BP is essential for claiming miles that have not been posted. For this reason I always make a picture if I have only a paper boarding pass. But if you still have the small stub, that should do. Sent a pic or scan with a missing miles claim to FB and it will come.
Thanks for all replies! I still have the stub, but it's hardly legible - the seat and sequence number is there though but not my name nor my FFP. Unfortunately, my wife lost hers, so unless we can produce some kind of confirmation from CZ, looks like we're out of luck.
