Do you remember what it showed you during the booking process? If it is available then it should be quite obvious during the booking steps that you will have 7 + 7 kg carry-on.

In your booking confirmation pdf there should be a section "Add-ons". If you see "7 kg Carry-on baggage" listed in this section then it means that those 7kg have been purchased in addition to your regular 7kg free carry-on allowance and it should give you 14kg in total.
Yep it is mentioned on my confirmation under add ons so I will just take a copy of that along with the boarding pass!
