It is possible that the Xtra carry-on option is not offered on all routes.
Do you remember what it showed you during the booking process? If it is available then it should be quite obvious during the booking steps that you will have 7 + 7 kg carry-on.
In your booking confirmation pdf there should be a section "
Add-ons". If you see "
7 kg Carry-on baggage" listed in this section then it means that those 7kg have been purchased in addition to your regular 7kg free carry-on allowance and it should give you 14kg in total.
