Just finished the survey. Mine was leisure oriented, but all fare types of Delta One, First, and the occasional Premium Select. I’m guessing this was because the vast majority of my purchases are paid F or J. Honestly, my blood was boiling by the end of it even considering some of the absurd offers presented. It’s obvious Delta is wanting to bring back change/cancel fees, add in phone fees, remove advanced seat selection, and overall continue their mission to charge more for less. Needless to say I voiced my opinion strongly in the comments section. Let’s hope DL gets an overwhelming negative response to these surveys or else we can all guess where this is headed…
