The Manager panicked on speakerphone hearing that I'm an Ambassador and instructed her to give me the last available room in the neighboring TP. They still ran my card but I called Ambassador line and will talk to the manager tomorrow. My issue is that the originally reserved Fairfield is sold out for tomorrow night as well. Does that mean that Fairfield is supposed to pay for both nights at the TP in addition to the 90k points and 100 USD?
no, they only cover the 1st night plus the comp. If you stay at TP any additional dates, those are not covered but they should honor FFI rate you booked at.
