I got the survey - I expressed my frustration of this purchase method in every comment possible - I mean how many freaking options can you possibly throw at a person for a flight? My options were crazy - main had "only middle seats in the back" and the next level up (C+) had a radically different mixture of things and some worse/better than the middle seat option of coach (the cheaper options). Lower options had 80% MQD, next "higher" cost had 60%, FC had 40% in some cases ... Damn, just want to go from point A to point B safely and some basic service, does it really require a PhD to decipher what I bought? Simple sells.

Can you imagine IROPS and having to look at your ticket to see if I can call without paying (some options I were presented had $25 to talk to a rep)?
