Today, if you book an Alaska flight thru expedia and there is a schedule change or cancellation, you have to wait on hold for Expedia's call center to fix it (and same with irops day of travel), correct?

Or can elites call reservations and get routed to an agent to assist with a lower wait time than non-elites for expedia bookings?
