Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked junior suite. No upgrade.
How are the rooms? Recently renovated, quiet, thoughtfully designed.
What was good and what was bad?
Good: Comfortable and spacious room. Friendly staff. Good soundproofing.
Bad: Food ordered from room service was mediocre at best. Cleanliness needs improvement.
Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? Lounge recently renovated. High quality and extensive food selection.
What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? Received welcome drink vouches, water, complimentary use of the (reasonably stocked) minibar, sweets and a wide selection of fruit.
Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? Expensive given monopoly on airport proximity but would stay again before early morning flight or for a couple of nights during a short stay in Athens.
