volar’s prawn salad on LHR-EDI (#465 above) looks decent enough for what is a very short sector. Just wondering if the accompanying mini-portion of hard-boiled egg has always been ‘standard issue’ size …… or have the caterers got themselves a new kitchen gadget that produces even more / smaller slices than ever ….. ?
