I just stayed at this hotel property.



When I arrived, my reservation was canceled. I did not cancel it. I was told not to worry, because they can accommodate me at the rate which I booked the canceled reservation — which they did.



They also upgraded me to a different room — plus I received breakfast for free. Great customer service recovery, as I did not have to ask for anything. They also held my luggage after I checked out of the hotel property so that I can enjoy Athens before moving on to the airport.

Members of the staff were friendly and cheerful. The room was clean and comfortable. The walk to the Acropolis was 20 minutes. The Omonoia metro station is literally a few steps away from the entrance to the hotel property.



Free fresh popcorn and infused water are available as part of the happy hour.

If I find myself in Athens again, I would definitely consider staying at Moxy Athens City again.
