I haven't stayed at the PH, but I'm a little doubtful that the PH is $500 better than the Andaz. Might depend on the purpose of your stay, though.
At least location-wise, the Andaz seems better for general tourist activities than the PH. (Proximity to Coex isn't that important to me, personally.)
