I’m on a Croatian Air flight on the 7th. I know they use LH ground crew. Are you saying there is a chance some flights will still go? And, are you just looking at the Munich airport webpage when you say flights are still scheduled or is there a different / better place to look?
LH has cancelled all the flights they plan to cancel on the 7th. If you look at the flight status page on LH.com you can see what is cancelled and what remains. I can't see any OU flights there, cancelled or otherwise. The OU web status page only lists flights till March 6 but if you fiddle with the url you can check for March 7 like this:

LH may provide some ground handling to critical airlines/flight using non unionised staff.
